Sales & Marketing Management

This group of modules form the basis of a Customer Relationship Management system. The modules are designed to optimise leads and potential sales, to streamline all communication between company and customer and to enable the company to react rapidly to enquiries.

Module families:

 

1 - Manage and Track Potential Customers and Leads

A set of programs for managing potential customers and tracking sales leads. Sales consultants, or staff from other departments, can create and record leads that are generated through word of mouth, cold calling and other sources. The modules in this family also make it possible for the user to analyse potential customers and to note the most successful methods of attracting new business. Information relating to potential customers can be added to (or edited) and leads can be searched for by name, email address, telephone number and industry type.

Examples of some of the modules in this family are:

View Potential Customers Recordings

of all details relevant to potential customers; Add Potential Customers Records leads. Once potential customers become actual (or current) customers, all information about them is already in zlace, and can be transferred with the click of one button;

View Comments Allows the user to view feedback from visitors to the company's public website. Comments are made by visitors through a variety of modules in the public module group “Forms & Feedback” (Group 5)

 

2 - Manage Existing Customers

This family of modules is designed to enable sales people to monitor all information relating to their existing customers. Sales staff are reminded of contact dates and informed of all customer queries.
Information relating to existing customers can be added, edited or searched.

Examples of modules in this family are:

Customer Search

Incorporates links to all types of information connected to customers.

Linked to the search results are invoices, statements and reminders.

These i n turn can be sent directly to the customer via email, or printed and sent through via post; Add Customer Allows the user to add new customers to the customer database; View Customers by Region Allows sales representatives to divide their customers by region and arrange meetings accordingly;

Edit Customer

As well as performing standard customer editing functions, this module creates a back-up of all accumulative changes, preventing the loss of potentially crucial data.

 

3 - Ecatalogues and Newsletters

This family of modules creates email catalogues and newsletters which are sent directly from the company intranet to any client or partner. If the intended recipient is not a registered customer, the module adds the recipient as a new customer (or sales lead). Scheduling enables email catalogues and newsletters to be delivered at any specified date and time. Using the website content databases, the correspondence sent is always up-to-the-minute, visually appealing and optimized to download rapidly.

 

4 - Ecommerce

Staff can manage all orders, details from registered customers and confirm that orders have been dispatched. The
E-commerce modules integrate fully with financial, distribution and
inventory modules to keep all necessary staff members informed. Some
examples of the modules in this family are: View shoppers Displays all
details of the shopper / customer and a summary of items purchased;
View orders pending Lists all orders not yet dispatched. Displays a
detailed list of quantities and prices according to date and priority ;
